APAR Shakti FR LSH single-core flexible wires use a specially formulated FR-LSH PVC compound for reliable low-voltage wiring in homes and commercial buildings. Their high oxygen and temperature index restricts flame spread and gives excellent self-extinguishing behaviour, while low smoke and low halogen emission improve visibility and reduce toxic fumes during a fire.

Description

Overview

APAR Shakti FR LSH conductors are drawn from finely annealed electrolytic-grade bare copper for energy efficiency and flexibility, and insulated using Twin-Screw technology with an in-house FR-LSH PVC compound of high dielectric strength. With an oxygen index above 29%, a temperature index above 250°C, low smoke and low halogen emission, and a service life over 25 years, they are a dependable fire-safe choice for modern electrical installations. Available in red, green, blue, black, white and yellow (custom colours on request).

What is the difference between FR-LSH and FR PVC?+

FR-LSH adds low-smoke and low-halogen performance to flame retardance, so in a fire it emits less dense smoke and fewer toxic, corrosive gases than standard FR PVC — improving visibility and safety during evacuation.

Where should I use Shakti FR-LSH?+

It suits residential and commercial wiring, motors, appliances, control panels, transformers and distribution boards where enhanced fire safety is needed.

What colours are available?+

Red, green, blue, black, white and yellow as standard, with custom colours available on request.
