APAR Anushakti HR FR PVC
Description
OverviewAPAR Anushakti HR FR PVC conductors are drawn from electrolytic-grade annealed bare copper and insulated using advanced Twin-Screw technology with an in-house Flame-Retardant PVC compound. High dielectric strength, a critical oxygen index above 29% and a temperature index above 250°C give strong self-extinguishing performance, while E-beam processing adds up to 50% more current capacity, anti-termite protection and a service life of over 50 years. It conforms to and exceeds IS 694:2010.
APAR Anushakti HR FR PVC is a single-core house wire engineered with Electron Beam (E-beam) technology and a high heat-resistant, flame-retardant PVC compound. It offers up to 50% higher current-carrying capacity, heat resistance to 105°C, and melt-resistant, self-extinguishing insulation — a safer, more durable alternative to conventional house wiring.

DownloadsFAQs
Good to knowWhat is HR FR PVC?+
HR FR PVC is High heat-Resistant, Flame-Retardant PVC. It withstands higher operating temperatures (up to 105°C) and restricts flame spread with a high oxygen and temperature index, so the wire is self-extinguishing.
How does E-beam technology help?+
Electron Beam processing cross-links the insulation, giving up to 50% more current-carrying capacity, better heat and short-circuit resistance, and a longer service life than ordinary PVC wire.
Is it termite-resistant?+
Yes. Anushakti HR FR PVC includes anti-termite protection for reliable long-term performance in walls and conduits.
Which standard does it meet?+
It conforms to and exceeds IS 694:2010 for PVC-insulated unsheathed cables.
