APAR Tarang Shakti Uninyvin Cable
Description
OverviewUninyvin is a flexible single core lead wire for the inside of equipment: fine tinned copper strands, PVC insulation, a glass fibre braid over that, then nylon braid and lacquer. The braiding is what lets it sit close to a heating element or a motor winding where ordinary PVC hookup wire would not last.
It is used for appliance internal wiring, heater and oven leads, control and instrument leads, motor and transformer connections, and lighting fixtures. Tinned strands resist the oxidation that makes a bare copper lead go brittle and high resistance at the joint after a few years of heat cycling. The range runs from Uninyvin-0000 at 109 mm² down through the fine gauges.

Standards & approvals
ComplianceA flexible single-core appliance and lead wire: fine tinned-copper strands with PVC insulation, glass-fibre braiding and a nylon braid with lacquer for heat resistance and mechanical protection.
This is internal equipment wiring — for appliances, heating equipment and control leads — rather than a fixed power and lighting cable, so it is manufactured to APAR's internal specification and sized by gauge (Uninyvin-0000 at 109 mm² down to the finest gauges) rather than to the IS 694:2010 ISI range.
Each batch is tested for conductor resistance, insulation integrity and braid quality.

DownloadsFAQs
Good to knowWhat is Uninyvin cable used for?+
It is a flexible tinned-copper lead wire for internal appliance wiring, heating equipment, motors, transformers, lighting and control connections — especially where heat resistance is needed.
Why glass-fibre and nylon braiding?+
The glass-fibre braid adds heat resistance and the nylon braid with lacquer adds mechanical protection and durability over the PVC insulation.
What size range is available?+
From Uninyvin-0000 (109 mm²) down to fine gauges such as Uninyvin-20, covering heavy leads to fine instrument wiring.
