Description
OverviewAPAR can combine different cable elements like copper wires, fibre optics, and instrumentation pairs in hybrid cable constructions. APAR can combine different cable elements like copper wires, fibre optics, and instrumentation pairs in hybrid cable constructions. This ensures supply of data, signals and power via one single, robust cable. The outer jacket is generally made of weather-proof and fire-retardant material. This ensures suitabity for outdoor and indoor applications. Some cables also offer double protection against induced currents from lighting.
A single hybrid cable carries data over fibre and power or signalling over copper, so one pull serves equipment needing both - reducing duct occupancy and installation time.
