Airport lighting cables
Description
OverviewAPAR provides the full range of airfield cables: primary, secondary and remote control cables. Primary cables are used between transformers and constant current regulators; secondary cables are used between lights and transformers; and remote control cables create a connection between control tower and constant current regulators. Our airfield lighting cables are manufactured as per the IS:1554 (Part II) standard with 5 KV grade. The range of airfield lighting cable is S/C x 6 sq mm and S/C x 16 sq mm in copper and 2C x 25 sq mm in aluminium. APAR’s airfield lighting cables are used in airports across India. Application Usually these are used in airports for setting up the connection in isolating transformers, control towers, flights, and CCR (Constant Current Regulators). Airfield lighting runs on series circuits at elevated voltage, buried across large areas and exposed to fuel, de-icing chemicals and weather. Built specifically for that duty.

| Characteristics | Our cables are extensively used in airports for lighting purpose. |
| Applicable standards | APAR’s airfield lighting cables are manufactured to match the international standards such as BS and IEC. |
| Product range | Air field lighting cables are manufactured as per national and international standards and are of 5 KV grade. We manufacture the complete range of airfield lighting cables from s/c x 6 sq mm and s/c x 16 sq mm in copper and 2c x 25 sq mm in aluminium. |
| Advantages | You can touch these without the risk of receiving electric shock. These also offer increased lifetime, no blow-out light, reduced fire hazard. These cables don’t cause any radio interference ensuring more safety in air traffic. |
